I am less than impressed with this company. I’ve just returned from Orlando to the UK. handed the vehicle back fully fueled and without damage, I have he email to prove it, just checked my invoice and have found that in the 2 weeks of travel i did 11 miles and I’ve been charged $188. my customer number was 9847097 and reservation number 1738333789. I have incurred additional credit card charges as the transaction is in dollars.

I would appreciate if this matter is investigated and I receive a full refund of my costs.

Hello, i have a reservation in MIA sixt for a STAR class vehicle.
I would like to have a camaro or a mustang. I didn”t wrote down that in the note section of my reservation.
Can you send me the email of MIA sixt , so I can do that request directly ?

Completely discusted with the service I have recieved, 15 days have passed since I dropped off my rental from this company I paid them 749.00 US with my rental cost being 329.00 I have yet to get back my deposit. they returned 365.00 canadian to my account and then turnedaround and took back 329.00 US…. when everything was perfect on the rental car… ive emailed several times since my rental drop off, fought with so many people over this issueand still nothing resolved!!!!!! would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! And will never rent from them again!!!!!!!
