Drying Little Tears – Gift to Hospital

Munich 16, October 2012 – A car for a good cause: The initiative “Drying little tears” by Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation of Pediatric Oncology Care Domestic Stuttgart (Hopps) has a Citroën DS as a gift. The organization will use the vehicle in the future to expand the outpatient treatment of severely ill children. In this way, the doctors and volunteers visit more children in their familiar surroundings. The vehicle is a donation of Citroën Germany at the Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation.

The employees from Sixt came to the hospital Stuttgart several times during Easter and Christmas and gave the children some gifts. On this occasion, expressed the helper of the Hopps that we need of another vehicle. The staff gave this request to the Regine Sixt, who could help promptly, the vehicle was handed over in the presence of the Clinical Director of the Stuttgart Hospital, Prof. Claude Krier, the Medical Director of Pediatrics 5 (Pediatric Oncology of the Olga Hospital) Prof. Dr. Stefan Bielack, the Medical Director of Hopps, Dr. Claudia Blattmann, the leaders of the Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation, as well as the dedicated staff of the company Sixt.
